The participants were aged between 27-79 years and received red light therapy for 15 weeks two times per week. Besides the initial trial, a long-term follow up was done to analyze the effects of continued use of red light therapy treatment. The results were impressively positive. The study made the following conclusions:
- Red light therapy leads to increased collagen density. The participants experienced significant improvements in skin complexion that included a visible decline in wrinkles, fine lines, and aging signs.
- Red light improves skin complexion and eliminates wrinkles.
